Adult Membership Options

  • Unlimited access to all classes and open gym sessions. The most flexible option for you to train as much as you like.

  • 8 bookings per month for Evolve classes or open gym.

  • 3 sessions a week: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 12 PM.

  • For offshore workers – proof required. Unlimited access to all classes and open gym sessions.

  • Drop into any classes or open gym - valid for 7 days.

  • Access to any Evolve class or open gym. Ideal if you’re looking for a one-off session.

Kids Memberships Options

  • Unlimited access to all kids' classes and open gym sessions. Your child can train as much as they want.

  • Invite-only. 2 sessions a week: Tuesday 5 PM & Sunday 12 PM.
    Perfect for younger athletes starting their fitness journey.

  • Invite-only. 2 sessions a week: Tuesday 4 PM & Saturday 11 AM. Plus 1 Evolve class a week.
    For those ready to build on their foundation and progress further.

  • Invite-only. 3 sessions a week: Tuesday 6 PM, Friday 6 PM & Saturday 11 AM. Plus access to any Evolve class and open gym.
    For advanced youth athletes.

  • Age 12-14: Saturday 12PM
    Age 4+: Sunday 11AM
    Age 8+: Sunday 12 PM
    Fun, engaging fitness sessions for kids.
